Tasks: - independent processing of payroll for selected staff members to given deadlines - handling / Respnsibility for company managers and employees in the range of Benefists & Compensation - contact person for management and employees in all questions round about compensation - compilation, preparation of certificates and statements - constant touch with health insurance funds and social insurance agency - correspondence with authorities, health insurance funds, employers´ liability insurance agency - compilation of reports and statistical evaluations - any other tasks agreed as a part of the payroll process - good knowledge of accounting, general ledger and reconciliation Skills: - good communicative skills and ability to work in a team - motivating - ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines - open minded - service- & customer-orientated - good knowledge of employment and social security law - good working knowledge of excel - ideally experienced in shared service center environment (not essential but preferable) Languages: - German - English in written and spoken (good skills) - Danish, Swedish, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Spanish, Italian or Dutch language skills would be an asset
