Sales Administrator (m/w) Internationales Handelshaus Personalvermittlung - ab sofort Stellennummer: 30648 Ihre Aufgaben: The position-holder has overall responsibility to execute and control import & export business for above products. This includes the entire order handling process from order receipt to control of payment including arrangement of all kind of logistics within Europe and Overseas. Precise administration, documentation and calculation is required. - Executing order processing for Import & Export business including timely issuing of all relevant documents - On time supervision of Import & Export business incl. logistics - Co-ordination of logistics to arrange timely delivery from suppliers and to customers - Issuing invoices, applications for internal credit limit and external credit insurance, control of payment receipt including dunning process - Provision of sales figures for sales staff and manager - General support to sales staff and manager Ihr Profil: This position would ideally suit someone who has already gained first relevant job experience (more than 1.5 years) in general order processing and co-ordination of deliveries, ideally in import/export administration in an international company. The proactive position-holder would be comfortable communicating with suppliers, customers and internal departments for a smooth order processing. Self-motivated and flexible, he/she would be able to work to strict deadlines while retaining accuracy at all times.
