Main responsibilities: - Identify new target customers/markets and develop new opportunities/solutions based on changes in market, legislation and regulations - Defining opportunities to broaden the product offerings through the addition of complimentary products and solution offerings. - Set up technical specifications as an interface to Customer, Product Management, Development and OEM Sales - Driving customized product solution projects and leads all required functions to drive it's completion in requested time to guarantee customer satisfaction. - Support sales personnel, providing technical support when necessary and meet regularly with key customers to identify new applications. - Recommend the new programs necessary to deliver the growth strategy for OEM business. - Creating content for product flyers and catalogues as technical support for Marketing. - Focuses on different product lines and typically serves all regional engineers by providing in-depth technical knowledge relating to their products in pre-sales and post-sales roles Qualifications/requirements: - Engineering degree - electrical / electromechanical - or equivalent. Experience in Product Management, Sales and/or Commercial experience. - Experience in timers and thermostats products as well their application in HVAC and refrigeration solutions will build up a perfect base. - Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate and develop relationship. - Proven previous experience in dealing with all level of people at customers. - Customer focus, understand customer dynamics. - Organised, self disciplined, flexible and result oriented. - Strong computer skills including MS office, Outlook and MS Project. - Fluent in German and English, written and spoken. Additional languages are not a must but really helpful.
