Wir suchen für ein internationales Großhandelsunternehmen mit einem Standort in Düsseldorf einen Head of Financial Reporting Standards and Financial Coordination (m/w) zur Festanstellung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Practical transfer of accounting standards to day to day accounting

- Support the accounting departments in the countries in any questions on IFRS accounting

- Assure compliance and transparency in Financial Reporting for actual, forecast and mid-term forecast by improving reporting guidelines and transferring guidelines to IT-business solutions

- Perform and develop quarterly corporate financial analysis and identify improvement potential

- Implement agreed measures / action plans and follow up in the countries together with the Regional Finance & Accounting Manager

- Develop an early warning system for accounting risks and chances based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s)

- Ensure the establishment and usage of the Finance & Accounting framework and the effective usage of Finance & Accounting tools

- Provide support to and train the countries to increase the usage and penetration of Finance & Accounting guidelines and tools

- Agree on improvement measures and action plans together with the countries to improve compliance and transparency in Finance & Accounting performance

- Secure top high level reporting and coordination of financial equipment in the countries (equity, loans, cash flow, dividend strategy)

- Support process efficiency in operational processes with direct impact on financial reporting and business support changes in operational business with analysis

- Coordinate external auditor engagement

- Head a direct team of three persons and take the lead in different group projects

Ihr Profil:

- University degree

- Min. 3-5 years of practical work experience in an international environment

- Profound understanding of Finance & Accounting
- Strong IAS / IFRS knowledge

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong communication and social skills

- Ability to lead and enable changes (experience as facilitator / integrator)

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Persistence

- Knowledge of retail and / or wholesale business preferable

- Travel flexibility
