Senior Manager Clinical Development and Operations / Life Cycle Management (m/f) Our client is one of the major pharmaceutical companies in Japan. We are looking for a Senior Manager Clinical Development and Operations / Life Cycle Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in working in cross-functional teams (e.g. with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs etc). He/She will be reporting to the Head of Clinical Development and Operations II. Main Tasks - Analyses medical needs and plans Life Cycle Management (LCM) activities in cooperation with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory and Vigilance and other Otsuka affiliates - Plans, initiates, conducts trials in LCM - Establish productive relationships among OFRI working teams - Interact effectively with internal and external customers (e.g. KOLs, trial sites, consultants and third party contractors) Qualification and competencies - Degree in medicine, pharmacy or other life sciences. - Ideally have experience in cardiovascular R&D (Phase III, IIIb and IV trials, PMS) - Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in working in cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Licensing and Patent, Technical Operations) and managing clinical trials/studies in a Pharmaceutical Company. - Strong commercial awareness - Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and the EU Clinical Trials Directive - Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for the conduct of Clinical Trials - Good communication skills - Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) - Excellent knowledge of German (spoken and written) - Proficient in MS-Office - Good presentation skills Our client offers an interesting and diversified role within a small team.
