We sell and service John Deere and other agricultural equipment, as well as parts and other products. We have a total of 90 employees at the three stores, and have been named one of the top 10 John Deere dealerships in Canada for 2005 and 2006. Start of work: As soon as possible after work permit is approved by the Canadian Embassy JOB DESCRIPTION: Number of vacancies: 10 (total; approx 3 at each location: Westlock, Barrhead, or High Prairie) Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on John Deere agricultural equipment including tractors, combines, balers, forage harvesters, etc. Work in a modern shop with other agricultural service technicians. Supervised by a shop foreman and manager. Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on all types of agricultural equipment (primarily John Deere). APPLICANTS PROFILE: Completion of apprenticeship as an agricultural mechanic resp. similar qualification (Gesellenbrief) with at least three years of working experience as an agricultural mechanic, English, Good physical health CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT: * Salary:$ 23,00 to 30,00 CAN Dollar per hour depending on work experience ($ 4000 to 5200 CAN Dollar per month) * Duration of contract: Minimum 2 year term preferred.
