Currently we have an opening in Würzburg / Germany for a Implemantation Manager for our SMS HUBBING SOLUTION. You will report to the Director Sales for SMS Hubbing Services and work closely with the MACH Account Managers on a worldwide basis. Your job description: Managing commercial and technical implementation of international mobile network operators Provide support to sales team by handling clients technical, operational and contractual enquiries Coordinate system engineers and plan resources Coordinate and document service tests Monitoring of agreed quality of service and prepare reports accordingly Coordination of service-changes with operators and co-operation partners Responsibility for end-to-end implementation (testing, contracting, implementation, invoicing) Your experience: University degree (MBA, BA, BS, MS, PhD), ideally IT, telecommunication or computer sciences Minimum of 4 years work experience in the area of project management, product management or customer care Your profile: Excellent organisational and communication skills. Written and verbal fluency in English essential (+ German appreciated). The ability to get into a complex commercial or technical topic very quickly and communicate these to the client.
