Program Manager (m/f) Our client is one of the major pharmaceutical companies in Japan. Its European research center is conducting a multitude of activities in the fields of clinical research, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs and quality assurance. The company consists of 31,000 employees worldwide and has an annual revenue of 4.5 billion. Our client, the research center, is based in Frankfurt. We are looking for a Program Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He/She will be reporting to the Director Clinical Operations. Main Tasks - Provide professional program management for 1-3 complex EU/global pharmaceutical development programs. - Set objectives, timelines, budgets and responsibilities - Keep due dates, identify action plans - Handle cross-functional and cross-project issues in a pro-active manner - Ensure that communication between project teams, line management and senior management is handled in a smooth manner (e.g. by setting and leading milestone meetings) - Create the development strategy for the medicinal product(s) concerned - Achieve consensus among all project members and stakeholders - Make recommendations regarding project objectives, resource requirements and scientific direction Qualification - University degree, MSc, additional degree is an advantage but not mandatory - 5 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry - Familiarity with all aspects of clinical research and medicinal product development, it is desirable to be experienced in the area of clinical operations and EU regulatory processes in medicinal product development - Advanced command of English, spoken and written - Communication- and leadership skills - Proficient in MS-Office (especially MS Project) Our client offers an interesting and diversified role as liaison between project team members, line management and senior management.
