Job description: Based in Bonn, the Service Bidding Manager is responsible for preparing offers for Deutsche Telekom Group and its subsidiaries world wide and to internal customer like account departments and technical sales. Furthermore the Service Bidding Manager is the key person during the tendering phase where he is asked to lead the preparation of the financial offer and the proposal documents. Responsibilities: Lead of the cross site Service Bid team within a bid project Handling of cross divisional internal and external bids Handling the interface to our NatCos during a external bid project Interface between the Service Sales Manager and the Bidding Department Responsible for the creation and approval of the Service Bid Book incl. the documents belonging to the Bid Book Ensuring the results by using the DT rules and mandates Quote the service prices in the course of bidding projects Requirements Technical background (University degree) Experience in negotiations (minimum 3 years) Understanding of the service delivery model or process of DT preferred Very good knowledge in commercial and legal affairs Fluent English and German, written and spoken High acceptance to work in a cross site team Leadership profile Team player and demonstration of high level of enthusiasm Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment This role may require business travel within Europe Your 1st contact Please send your detailed resume/CV in English via E-Mail to Antje.Jaeger@huawei.com or Steve.Jochum@huawei.com.
