To support the further growth of our Multi Level Marketing operations in Europe we are looking for a Sales Data Administrator, for a 2 year employ-ment period, for our European Headquarter in Berlin. Data Base Administrator (m/f) To support Tiens Europe Region Headquarter in setting up the Sales Information Management System in the European subsidiaries. Responsibilities include: The applicant will be introduced to and be responsible for: TIENS bonus calculation plan and system for independent sales force (distributors) TIENS Information Management System TIENS Marketing Systems and IT Systems in China HQ in order to support their set up in the Europe Region The applicant will: Introduce the Bonus Calculation System in all European subsidiaries Be the contact person for system users in the countries for technical questions (help desk) Train system users in the country subsidiaries Be the contact person for all country subsidiaries for collecting distributors personal data e. g. registry, sales, bonus data Collect relevant data from Sales Data Administration in order to set up a program Qualifications: Degree in Information Management (Wirtschaftsinformatiker) Programming Language: Visual Basic, VB.NET, C language Database: SQL, MS ACCESS, fox database Computer Network knowledge Excellent MS Office knowledge Excellent negotiation skills in Chinese, English and preferably one other European language Available for travel Stress resistant, patient but persistent, innovative, result-oriented, customer-focused German work permission required!
