Ihre Aufgaben: - To lead, manage and be accountable for the delivery and development of SSC operations including effective compliance with audit requirements and implementation and management of effective management controls - To support the SSC management team in meeting a wide range of SLA and third party responsibilities focussed on supporting customers and enabling achievement of business case benefits realisation - To develop SSC staff and maximise their skills and commitment to personal development, collaborative teamwork and achievement of SLAs and KPIs - To build on and further develop the current focus on excellent customer service and continuous improvement - To identify potential improvements in support service processes and drive these proposals forward with key stakeholders (e.g. standardisation, process improvements, further policy harmonisation or greater use of employee self-service) - To establish good relationships between the SSC and the business units, understand the needs of new customers and ensure a strong customer focus is in place in the SSC to meet them and resolve competing priorities - Provide quality feedback to all the Stakeholders on a periodic basis Ihr Profil: - Business degree in Finance & Accounting - Several years of work experience in managing a pan-European Finance Shared Service Centre - Experience of working in different European countries - Commitment to Customer Service and Total Quality Management - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to deliver under pressure in a short time frame - Hands-on mentality to accomplish tasks within required timeframes - Effective communication skills - Fluent German and English language skills
