As a Country Manager you will have overall responsibility for revenue and gross profit generated across your teams? portfolio of affiliate programme customers. You will be responsible and accountable for customer retention and satisfaction, as well as financial performance.

Your responsibilities:
Business Planning
Segment customers within your team according to existing revenue and revenue potential
Ensure adequate and efficient deployment of resource across your portfolio of accounts
Team Management
You will have line management responsibility for 2-5 employees
Day to day responsibility for direction and focus on team activity according to performance on accounts and customer satisfaction, with overall responsibility for finance and debt management
Coach, motivate and train your team in-line with company and HR objectives, carry-out regular development conversations and performance reviews
Account Management
Overall responsibility for operational running of accounts within your team, including finance and debt management
Work closely with your team to ensure targets for new business revenue across your team (publisher and advertiser) are upheld and exceeded
Handling of payments and invoices

Requirements
Educated to degree level
Extensive experience within the e-business
Excellent communication skills also in written and spoken German and English language
Proven team management and leadership experience
Extensive strategic client management experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills (internal and external)
Creative problem solving, open minded and able to ?think outside the box?
Pragmatic, reliable and well-organized leader
