As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in this unique project by modelling good practice, working to strict Health & Safety guidelines and offering support where needed.This is a manual job, including heavy lifting, grounds maintenance, clearance services and more, therefore you will need to be physically fit. You are also responsible for the care of team members with mild learning needs, therefore a minimum of 3 years within a care role is essential.
