CCH are looking to recruit a tenancy sustainment officering the Morecambe area with some work in Kendal. Managing your own diary, you will visit tenants in their homes offering tenancy related support. You must be organised, caring, patient and computer literate with the ability to work using your own initiative. You must be self -motivated and able to work effectively alone and within a team. This is full time but will consider part time to suit. A car and full driving licence are essential. Salary will be up to £22300 - £24000 per annum or pro rata for part time.
