Interviews will be held on 28 May 2024.This is a Senior Mental Health Practitioner role within a busy Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to liaise directly with a variety of other professionals and agencies to gather the necessary clinical information to support their clinical decision making and an informed assessment to patients in mental health crisis. They will work directly with the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team to offer a specialist response to people who are at their most vulnerable and experiencing a mental health crisis.
