We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to work as an Outreach Worker at one of our Resource Centres offering short breaks for young people with learning disabilities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience of working with children & young people within this sphere to gain specialist experience of working specifically with children with a wide variety of needs. The Outreach Worker as part of a multidisciplinary team will offer a range of services including support and care for children and young people with learning disabilities. Whilst ensuring that the young person’s social, emotional, cultural, religious and recreational needs are met.The post is for up to 25 hours per week and includes weekend and shift working.
