We are looking for enthusiastic doctors to lead the gastroenterology service at North Manchester General Hospital (NMGH). NMGH is the newest part of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT). Working within our friendly team, the postholder will undertake Employee Relations work (Sickness Absence / Disciplinary / Grievance etc) alongside elements of our engagement, comms and well-being agenda, to ensure a varied role with opportunities to broaden experience.The ability to adapt, build relationships and quickly gain the confidence of managers, clinicians and staff across the service will be key.
