About Us Warwickshire County Council has an exciting opportunity to recruit 1 full time Reablement Supervisor Reablement team. The post will be based in the South, Heathcote House, Leamington Rehabilitation Hospital, Heathcote Lane, Heathcote, Warwick, CV34 6SR. The post will be for 37 hours per week. There will be an expectation that the post holder will be required to provide Warwickshire wide support.
