We are recruiting for an experienced Fostering Team Manager in Southend. This post will be based within the Marketing and Permanency Team. As the new Team Manager, you will be taking the lead on recruiting and/or applications for prospective foster carers and managing the pipeline at stage 1 and 2. Working with the communication team, you will ensure the council provides a first class professional service by being responsible for the efficient and cost effective provision of needs-led services to children, young people and their families.
