We are seeking a motivated and curious Coach learning & Development Officer to join our team on a permanent, full time basis.This is an exciting opportunity working within the sport development directorate as part of a progressive and dynamic coaching team responsible for supporting and developing coaches and coaching across Aquatics.Reporting to the Head of Coaching, you will be responsible for working with coaches and key stakeholders to understand and translate development needs into learning and development opportunities.
